This 1,800-square-foot office addition, seamlessly integrated onto an existing warehouse for a construction trade company, addresses the client’s imperative for administrative space and internal meeting facilities. Externally, the structure showcases meticulous design with natural stone and reclaimed lumber siding, embodying a modern yet sustainable ethos. Characterized by a cantilevered upper floor and a strategically sloped roof, the architecture is engineered to project a commanding presence upon approach. This deliberate design serves as an homage to the owner’s luxury construction firm, exemplifying a commitment to technical excellence in both form and function within this industrial landscape.
